Each month, we will journey together and explore a different theme rooted in feminine embodiment, weaving together embodied teachings and explorations, and a space to integrate and share our real-time embodied experience.
For many of us, we don't feel at home in our body.
We feel disconnected from ourselves, from our body, especially the root of our body, from the Earth, and one another.
Healing is returning from any disconnect, and to feel and remember our sense of security, of safety and belonging in our body, and the world.
Its a returning home to your body, and remembering that you are your own medicine.

A deep enquiry into the root of your body, your pelvis, and your hips, opening and connecting to your Heart and your Womb, the elements of earth, water & fire, and the deep feminine wisdom that lives within, as we explore embodied movement, awareness, breath, touch & sound as pathways to connection and healing.
